We covered a number of sites on the Headland including Cornish Farm track and field. Met up with a number of Beachy regulars. BHRG were ringing in Whitbread Hollow.
Reasonable numbers of migrants present on the Head with good numbers of Meadow Pipits in the fields, and a Wryneck was seen above Belle Tout wood, but other than hirundines, little evidence of any diurnal migration. Large numbers of migrants in Whitbread Hollow with good numbers being ringed with also good numbers of hirundines present in the Hollow.
