Did a very brief sea-watch but virtually nothing to report. We then just had time to cover Birling lane around to Belle Tout lighthouse and wood and back to Birling before heavy rain set-in:

Swallow 7 (3 in off the sea)
Alba Wagtail 1 in off the sea
Yellow Wagtail 1 E (our first for the year)
Stonechat 1male at Birling showing good white rump.

Common Whitethroat 4
Willow Warbler 2
Common Redpoll 1 E
