14 July 2013 Beachy Head Hot and sunny 1/8 Cloud. Wind very light.

RDME commenced ringing in Whitbread Hollow and recorded the following with birds ringed in brackets. He considered that all the birds were probably local breeding birds with no sign of any migration, other than a Red Kite. PN & MN visited the Headland and also saw the Red Kite drifting over the Top fields from Shooters Bottom.

Red Kite 1 N over the Hollow and drifted off W, and also seen over the Top Fields from Shooters Bottom.
