12 May 2014 Beachy Head Overcast becoming sunny W 3-4

Spent an hour sea-watching between 06.30-07.30 and NT and RHC joined us. We then covered the Headland sites including the Cliff Path and met up with RKH, RES and KH.
No movement recorded on the sea, an increase noted in Whitethroat numbers and fair numbers of Swallows passing through including a few House Martins.
