Pete & Mim covered the area from Birling to Belle Tout lighthouse and back through the wood and recorded the following:

Sparrow Hawk 1

Peregrine 1

Great Spotted Woodpecker 1

Black Redstart 4 (1 at Birling and 3 around Belle Tout Lighthouse)

Dartford Warbler 2 (pair)

Firecrest 1

Long Tailed Tit 12

Redwing trapped in Whitbread Hollow on the 7th November,(Bob Edgar).
