9 October 2013 Beachy Head Overcast with sunny periods mild W-NW 1 to 3

We covered a number of sites on the Headland and met up with RKH & PN who had covered the remainder of the sites. RDME was ringing in the Hollow. A fairly decent fall of Chiffchaffs and with a roaming party, 2 Yellow-browed Warblers were present with them and several times they briefly passed through the clump of bushes by the side of Belle Tout wood. Other migrants seen included 2 Ring Ouzels and a Garden Warbler. Just the odd Diurnal migrants were logged.
